Why do we run long distance?

Long-distance running is not just movement, it is meditation in motion. It is a time when you disconnect from everyday noise and connect with yourself. On long distances, you undoubtedly push the boundaries of your mind and body. Every kilometer you run brings an indescribable feeling of freedom because you realize that you are on a journey.

The training process can be a set of various methodical approaches.For me it is very important to provide adequate tools at all times because they enable the achievement of previously set goal. Sustainable results can be achieved proactively and slowly, but also learning on a daily basis, having mutual trust and active communication with your Coach.

Do you think you can run long distances?

Long-distance running is truly a sport for everyone. It is not about speed, but consistency and enjoyment of being in the process. Start at your own pace, i.e. slowly, step by step and build endurance. Your only competitor is yourself, and the greatest victory is when you stop doubting. Once you overcome crises, when you realize there is always a way to make a smart decision in difficult situation, then you start to imagine you are unbreakable.... ideas create thoughts,; those thoughts create a plan and ultimately that plan become a realization!!! And then all over again....
