
PER4MANS was founded in 2020 with a view of educating and supporting recreational, amateur and professional athletes in achieving their goals, helping them detect and overcome obstacles, and creating long-term stability of success through nutrition and fitness. Each person is a unique because we are specific not only by genetic code, but also by our lifestyle, daily biorhythm, free time and special activities.
After years in triathlon I have been focusing on (trail) running and road cycling since 2016. Regardless of the type of sport and the level of competitiveness we achieve, the quality of our training program will largely depend on proper nutrition. And this is the fact!!!
Adequate and healthy nutrition help us feel more energetic, fresher and reach our maximum more easily. I am here to formulate your training plans and define your nutritional needs.
Although a very small amount of written text is actually read nowadays, I decided to explain the concept of PER4MANS idea through some writing and in this way somehow explain my thoughts and what tools I bring when working with athletes ! ! !
