Dobra i pravilna tehnika ne samo da doprinosi pravilnoj ravnote\u017ei tijela u pokretu, ve\u0107 itekako utje\u010de na stabilnost tih pokreta i mi\u0161i\u0107a koje koristimo. Dobar korak definitivno utje\u010de na u\u010dinkovitost pokreta, ali samim time i utje\u010de na konzistentnost u treningu, odnosno na taj na\u010din sprje\u010davamo potencijalne ozljede od periodi\u010dno prevelikog napora. Nakon toga se naravno identificiraju odre\u0111ene slabe to\u010dke i definira na\u010din kako ih efikasno pobolj\u0161ati.<br \/>=&gt; TR\u010cANJE NA PRIRODNOM TERENU \u2013 Trail tr\u010danje gdje su aktivni nagibi, usponi te op\u0107enito valoviti tereni, ali i ravne plohe kao \u0161to je npr. trka\u010dka staza ili cesta. Prilikom ispravljanja tr\u010danja i rada na samoj tehnici vrlo je bitno da osoba razumije svoj korak i da povezuje neuromuskularno vlastiti pokret sa pravilnom tehnikom.
