Kroz ovaj program, nudim podr\u0161ku va\u0161em timu kako bi se osje\u0107ao sna\u017enije, motiviranije i spremnije za sve poslovne izazove.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<h4><strong>Analiza prehrambenih navika<\/strong><\/h4>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Prvi korak u pobolj\u0161anju zdravlja tima je razumijevanje postoje\u0107ih navika. Detaljno analiziram prehrambene navike pojedinca i tima kako bih prepoznao obrasce, nedostatke i prilike za pobolj\u0161anje. Na temelju te analize, kreiram prilago\u0111eni pristup koji je jednostavan za primjenu u svakodnevnom radnom okru\u017eenju.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<h4><strong>Radionice i edukacija<\/strong><\/h4>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Organiziram interaktivna predavanja i radionice u kojima poslovni tim u\u010di o va\u017enosti pravilne prehrane. Tematika mo\u017ee uklju\u010divati:<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:list -->\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><!-- wp:list-item -->\n<li><strong>Povezanost prehrane i produktivnosti:<\/strong> Kako odre\u0111ene namirnice utje\u010du na energiju, fokus i raspolo\u017eenje.<\/li>\n<!-- \/wp:list-item --><!-- wp:list-item -->\n<li><strong>Brzi i zdravi obroci za zaposlene:<\/strong> Prakti\u010dni savjeti i ideje za pripremu obroka koje se lako uklapaju u u\u017eurbani raspored.<\/li>\n<!-- \/wp:list-item --><!-- wp:list-item -->\n<li><strong>Prehrana kao alat za smanjenje stresa:<\/strong> Edukacija o hrani koja poma\u017ee u borbi protiv stresa.<\/li>\n<!-- \/wp:list-item --><\/ul>\n<!-- \/wp:list --><!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<h4><strong>Individualno savjetovanje i podr\u0161ka<\/strong><\/h4>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Svaki zaposlenik mo\u017ee dobiti osobni savjet. Kroz individualne konzultacije, dajem personalizirane preporuke i odgovaram na pitanja o prehrani.
